If you are to have the opportunity to apply for asylum, you either need to be in Sweden or be close to Sweden’s land border. You can register your application at the Swedish Migration Agency when you are in Sweden. You will be called to a very first meeting with the Swedish Migration Agency when you have registered your application. You have the right to choose your public counsel during this first meeting. You are most welcome to choose one of our lawyers. Of course, we will agree to your request and desire to have us as your public counsel to initiate the process.
