ANTONIO PONCE DE LA CRUZ
After Bachelor of Laws degree at the University of Gothenburg in 2009, I have worked as a lawyer on my own and in the form of an office partnership with a few law firms. I have focused on migration matters, counsel for plaintiffs in criminal cases and representation in family law.
I have since worked as an assistant lawyer at several law firms for several years and there I have expanded my area of work.
In addition to the Bachelor of Laws. degree, I obtained a law degree at the University of San Martin de Porres in Lima – Peru. Universidad San Martin de Porres trains the best criminal lawyers in Peru. The Faculty of Law at the University of San Martin de Porres was formed by old Spanish legal doctors who were about to retire.
They left behind the real Latin school of law with the teachings of Marco Tulio Ciceron and Hortensio. Jur has that competence. Candidate Antonio Ponce De La Cruz and makes him unique in Sweden.
Antonio Ponce De La Cruz has been a member of the Lima Bar Association since 2005 and practices law there. Antonio Ponce De La Cruz has worked as a criminal lawyer, family lawyer and, at the age of 25, was an adviser to a former mayor of Lima-Peru. During his approximately 25 years as a member of the Lima Bar Association, Antonio Ponce De La Cruz has NEVER received a complaint or ethical citation!
Antonio Ponce De La Cruz has studied at a high level and graduated, in addition to law, in political science. This competence gives him an excellent and complete insight into social issues and its problems.
Antonio Ponce De La Cruz works and has been involved since 2009 in integration issues. He received an integration award from the municipality of Nyköping in 2012 for his outstanding work and efforts for a more integrated society in Sweden. Antonio Ponce De La Cruz is award-winning!
Antonio Ponce De La Cruz has been a participant in the university’s theater group, as a student he performed in Lima’s largest and most important theater “Teatro Municipal de Lima” with fame and found reviews in the most important newspaper in Lima “Diario El Comercio”. In Sweden, Antonio Ponce De La Cruz has been a member of a music group and performed with Nyköping folk high school.
