Rusta och Matcha is a service for you who are registered with the Employment Service and who are judged to be in need of individually adapted support in your job search or if you want to study further. The goal of Rusta and Matcha is that you who participate with our support will get to a job or training in the shortest possible time.

Our locally anchored job coaches create an individual plan together with you, where your needs and experiences are at the center. We listen and match you to a new job or further studies. The key to success at Ponce De La Cruz AB is our wide contact network with companies and organizations, our long experience and our matching to the “hidden” jobs that are never advertised. We have partners who also organize recruitment meetings in several locations, which are always highly appreciated and well attended.
